I just purchased a Sun Cobalt Qube3, and am having LOTS of trouble configuring multiple domains off of the same box. I only have 1 IP, so I am trying to setup virtual hosts on Apache, with no luck:bawling:.

I know there are several 3rd party porgrams available, but is there any way I can accomplish this without them?

I am despirate for any help!!

Umm... Last time I checked a Qube is only used for hosting one site...

If you need multiple viritual sites you should get an RaQ....

If you can't get exchange the hardware, you might be able to get an RaQ restore disk from Sun/Cobalt, and install that OS on the computer, I've seen it done with a few Qube2's...

Yes, I am deeply regretting not getting a RaQ.

Is there any downside to installing the RaQ software on a Qube3 over just the standard RaQ?

I don't think the preformance will be nearly as good, not saying that a RaQ preforms that well :D

Also, I don't know if it'll work, we did it with a Qube2 with RaQ2 software...

Why don't you just install www.webmin.com ?

For 2 reasons, I never installed Webmin.

- I was sceptical that there would be zero conflicts with Qube3's own software.

- I actually tried once, and got an error message when trying to install it as a 3rd Part Software.
