After 2 years of great service, my last host crashed and burned without informing me. Almost all of my client's sites were down, and I had to transfer them immediately.

Not knowing about this web site at the time, I transferred them to ICDSoft who had received rave reviews from another hosting review site (however, all of the reviews were from people who had been using them for less than 3 months).

So far, I have had few problems, and their email support has been wonderful. But after being burned by that other company, I'm still leary.

Has anyone had recent experience with them? If so, what do you think of them?
