If you can wait a couple of months there’s a far superior one coming out on the market....

it will literally kill every other windows CP on the market and preliminary prices are putting it well below the rip off panels.....

Did you look into ensim WebAppliance for Windows? Its new I haven't played with it yet.

They advertise on this site quiet a bit.

i used Hosting controller ... but does not have much functionalities compare with Cpanel or PLesk

I saw that Plesk recently polled some of their forum visitors if they would like to see Plesk released for a Windows box. However, a majoriy responded that they wouldn't, so I doubt they will. I don't think they would do it anyways, seems like a bit much work for something they wouldn't make a killing off.
