However, if you are looking into selling reseller accounts it is probable in your best interest to get either a VPS or dedicated server. From experiance I believe you really need to have root access to provide reseller hosting. I would reccomend doing some research on your own as bugs can create a problem in the long run. As long as you do not allow overselling and closely monitor your resources there is little chance it could get "out of hand".
