I cancelled my hosting with it because I am not working on the site.

Keep in mind I'm only selling the domain but I have some very good friends in the hosting business with reasonable prices if you need it hosted.

If hosting is a large issue I can get it hosted again before I sell it.

how much ££ or $$ are you asking for?
