I have purchased helpdesk from Inverseflow.com a weeek ago.
So far iam very impressed with them.
Their sotfware is excellent and their cust support is also superb.
I will be recommending them to everyone i know and no, I dont work for them.
Iam just very very very impressed with their support and software.

Thanks for the review, inverseflow was a popular helpdesk about 4-5yrs ago, but they aint updated it since, personally i found most people i know who used it have since moved to kayako helpdesk.
