I recently came across another website run by xpanel and noticed it was a higher version than my own. I went to xpanel.com to download it to find the domain is dead.

Does anyone know what happened to xpanel, is it still supported? How do I contact the author to get the last version?

What site are you talking about? They have no other site that i know of other then xpanel.com which for the past week has been offline.

I think since they have not made any public announcments that they have gone under. So you are better off asking around for current users that might have a copy of the most recent files.
