I'm very disappointed about this whole mess. It seems that WebHostingTalk has turned into a mud-slinging competition, similar to recent polical campaigns. Many people have reverted to making personal and other type of attacks on many companies and their staff. Its actually quite sad that it has reached this point. I hope that everybody can step back and look at this whole mess a bit more objectivly instead of using it as an way to attack others...... please?

I feel embarased for the first-timers that are coming here looking for help finding a reputable Web hosting service.

Well, you will certainly say this, being you're a Burst.net employee. No offense, but many web hosts have been exposed here and people appreciate the warnings. It's not new that the web host in question will be upset, or their employee's for that matter. Do you honestly think people WANT to deal with this crap? Or is it suddenly a "bad thing", because it's Burst.net's name this time? Maybe read the reasons, they are valid. If you're not involved in it, which you likely aren't, then I'm sorry. However, that doesn't change the facts at hand.
