I read in your other post looking for similar responses, that you have 200,000 clients. Why don't you poll them like other companies do. I am sure your customers would appreciate telling you what they would want. Also, with 200,00 clients, why do you need research done at WHT? I haven't seen Verio, Earthlink, or Interland stop by polling. And apparentally they are in the same class as you. You know, over 200,000 clients...... Just curious. Thanks. You could readily split that into personal or business based customers, and then maybe split that up some more.....and maybe throw in organizations or other type group sites. Anyone paying $1/year or even $1/month better not be "expecting" the same features and service as someone shopping at $150/month would be.....or vice versa for that matter! How much space, BW, backups, etc. are included with each persons "features they want"???? Too many variations here.....AND, many of us out here probably have more than one site with varying needs between even our own sites.....so even an individual may have a few different "levels of interest". Needs to be more specific to have any value for the results...... Take care....
