Hello,

I am looking for a web authoring system that allows people to create accounts (folders) on a system and upload files etc or to have a webpage on there. Also for there to be an admin login to be able to keep tabs on what people have uploaded and to moderate.

I used to use Genesis web authoring system, but they now charge and because this is a free project I do not realy want to spend much money.

I am sure there its something out there but all searchs on google etc have failed to find anything.

Please could you recommend something.
