Hello,
I am trying to move a domain from this register.
I have open a ticket on the 13th of August because they don't update my admin email.
I have reopen the ticket 4 or 5 times but they still insist that they have no problem.
I have changed admin email at assurancehosting for more than 10 days but the name that appears at whois is still another to which i can not access and in these way i can not transfer the domain.
They keep closing my ticket.
What do you recommend me to do ?
Thank you
Bashar

it seems they resell for enom, usually updating using the API is instant unless they do it manually.
try to login with your domain and password at access.enom.com see if it works
otherwise drop em an email and ask again...

I was able to request the password and changed the administrative contact from default to my email.
Let's see what happens.
Thanks Bashar

15 days were not enough to change the admin email and transfer to another site. i have to renew with them.
They didn't reconignze the problem and close my ticket all the times.
I only solve it by change the admin email as told to do here.
They keep me saying to do the same things i have done 2 weeks ago with no sucess.
I will keep trying on transfer the domain to other site.
But i do not recommend their support, specially Vlado.
I will post when i manage to move my domain out of their support.
See how they don't listen to users.

I want to transfer the domain to domainsite. I have initiated the process on domainsite.
I have the domain not locked and i have changed the administrative contact for my mail.
However the mail was sent to an account of yours.

You should change the admin email for your domain to email address you control.

Then you should have received the email, not 'domreg@assurance..'
It is possible the change was not inplemented yet (then) in the registry, so you will need to ask you 'new' registrar to resubmit the transfer request, so that the email is sent correctly.

Please go to the "Registrant information" screen in the control panel and fill out all the information.
Wait for 24 hours and resubmit the request to transfer with you new registrar

I have changed the email before opening this ticket more than one week ago. On the control panel from assurancehositng it display the email pjssms@gmx.net as the admin email.
At http://whois.domaintools.com/psantos.org it showns domreg@assurancehosting.com as the admin email.
You are closing this ticket without solving that.
Please send this ticket to someone upper.

Hello,
The whois information of the domain matches the Registrant Information screen now.
Please ask your new regisrar to transfer the domain to them. If they ask you for Authorization key, please find that on the bottom of the REgistrant information screen
Hope this helps,

Hello,
We are not holding your domain.
Give the Authorization number to your new registrar and they will take care for it from there
Hope this helps,

You are holding my domain by not updating the admin email.
The whois information is not updated in spite of what you say.
What whois information are you seeing ?.
I have gave the authorization more than 10 days ago.

Hello,
The Administrative e-mail for psantos.org is still domreg@assurancehosting.com you can verify it by querying http://Whois.ws .

Hello,
Your can check your whois status at
http://www.enom.com/domains/whois.asp?DomainName=psantos.org&submit.x=41&submit.y=18
Also the authrization code is located on the bottom of the "Registrant Information" page and you need to provide that to your new regisrar.
Thanks,
Vlado

They have never returned the money.
The domain was moved without the extra year.
On assurancehosting control panel the domain still appers there as having more one year and being actual.
But i do have the domain at the other register and assurancehosting is no longer my register.
So they have charged to have a domain that is no longer with them and havenīt seen nothing wrong in these procedure.
