I had a customer issue a PayPal complaint, and because they had not tried to contact me once to resolve whatever issue they had (never did tell me), I went and refunded their money. After that I proceeded to try and reply to the complaint response throught the URL provided... and for the last 5 days it gives me a 3006 technical error. I've tried contacted PayPal to no avail, and if I don't reply to the complaint, then it will "result in forfeiture of your seller protection rights", which sounds bad to me. What should/can I do?
