A few days ago, I sent in a query via PayPal's tiresomely troubling web form, that requires lots of clicking to get very little done, and after finally submitting an email, I got a response today (three days later).
It was clearly a canned response, using my full name and filled with the vaguest information that they could have possibly used.
But do you know what really got on my nerves?
THEY DIDN'T EVEN PRETEND TO ANSWER MY QUESTION!
I guess because it had the words "debit card" in it, it triggered their "debit card canned response."
The question had nothing to do with reporting my debit card stolen in any fashion, I hadn't even mentioned that in the email. The word "stolen" or "lost" wasn't even written!
So, does anybody know a direct line / email / person that I can get in touch with for real help?
