Can anyone recommend a reliable merchant account provider that allows annual billing at reasonable rates and does not require a security deposit or huge startup fees?

Seems like most better-known providers don't allow annual billing, I guess they like those per transaction charges too much.

2Checkout allow annual billing, thoug they're a third party merchant solution.

We use Revecom now, but we are looking to transition to a real merchant account, third-party solutions are not adequate at this point.

Do a search...there have been literally hundreds of threads on merchant accounts (and if you already have, my apologies).

I think allowing yearly payments would be predicated on the amount of time you have been in business and the amount of business you do per month. If you can prove to them that you are going to be around for a while, you might be able to work something out (esp. if you're going to make them a lot of money)

anet is just a gateway, has nothing to do with annual billing etc. always check with your merchant first

Our merchant account provider, EMS, allows it.
