Hi all!

Firstly sorry for my poor english

Iīm from Spain and some friends of mine and I are looking for a cheap host.

Since Iīm *REALLY* newbie at this kind of things I asume better I can do is asking other people.

I found this hosting company:
http://www.credithosting.com/_topunix.htm?

I īve been seaching in that forums for comments about them but I donīt find any.

Itīs very cheap, but it seems te be some kind of trick for me.

I also would like to know what is the difference between Unix and Windows2000 servers.

What I need I a lot of webspace, īcause we (my friends and I) want to put on-line a few zipped music videos make by us.

What hosting company do you recommend me?

Thxs in advanced. ;)

Venturesonline.com, do a search on them. And you will find that just about everyone on this forum thinks they are great.

Unix/Linux systems are generally the most stable (lower downtime), and I would highly recommend them for the majority of average users.

Windows servers are good for certain specialty software, such as ASP and Access Databases, and can be stable with the right system administrator.

Good luck on your search,
