Is anyone out there having trouble with Cedant? My site with them has been down for over 48 hours! They say they are doing system upgrades, and that is the reason for the down time...but 48 hours...good grief! Nobody will answer the phone, and when I send an email, I just get a form letter back from them explaining the upgrades. I've always heard good things about them...which is why I chose them as a host. But now I don't know what to do. I can't even contact anyone to cancel my account. Please, if anyone out there has any information about Cedant, please let me know.

Thanks!

Hi Sara. I have just been to your site and it seems fine now. Maybe the upgrades/ downtime issues have been resolved. Nobody will answer the phone, and when I send an email, I just get a form letter back from them explaining the upgrades. I can't even contact anyone to cancel my account. Although, this does not seem like good business practice.

Thanks, Dnslinux, for looking. But this is not for my personal site (www.sarabrown.net) but for one I created for a client....which is worse. I would rather it be my own site because this reflects a bad impression of me to my client...even though it's not something I can control.

sara7bella The Search (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/search.php?s=) button on this forum is a handy tool. Inputing Cedant, shows this (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/search.php?s=&action=showresults&searchid=416236&sortby=lastpost&sortorder=descending).

Sara, this was posted earlier as softwarerevue pointed out, but they were bought out by Aplus.net. 15,000 customers were already moved to the APLus.net datacenter in San Diego. This happened a few weeks ago.

Try contacting them for support.

Thanks, UmBillyCord. I'll try contacting APlus.
