And for all this time i wasdoing just ok but now i want to grow and expand

and want to know what is the best way, for the first things i have hired some people to redesign my site

and also am looking into a partner ship with anyother hosting company?

Establish a list of goals that you want to accomplish with a partnership and then look for strategic alliances/partnerships based on your needs, offerings, type of client base, etc.

What do you plan to get out of this partnership? Just looking for a 'general partner' of all sorts to put down on your website isn't going to accomplish much at all.

If you REALLY want to partner with someone, I think your best choice would be partnering with another small shared host. From there, expand, and possibly buy out other small shared hosts.
