Echo is very good with the exception that you can not charge clients on more than a monthly basis. Search these forums for a more detailed review as there have been many posts about them.

What about less then a monthly basis? IE: When a customer has overages that exceeds their allowed credit limit, the card should be billed immediately, outside of their normal billing cycle.
