the problem is when i well pay in paypal i have to pay 199$+149$

and my credit card limit is jast 100$ per month

so i cant pay 199$ + 149$ right now

even i cann't pay 199$

Apart from PayPal, we can only accept bank transfers from Dutch citizens :(

i will have other credit card and i will let the limit be 300$

and every thing will be fine

but it will take about 1 week to have it
and i need the server in the next 3-5 days

so could you please setup the server and give me the access to it

and to the control panel
and after i have the new credit card ( next week ) i will pay to you with paypal.com
