Used the search feature and nothing useful came up. So I m checking if theres any issue with them.

The company are brand new, domain was registered 31-may-2006.

There website seems a clean design, i suppose no news is good news in reference to reviews, but it could also mean they have no clients yet.

If you were to signup see do they have a money back guarantee, then maybe after sometime write a review on them to help others :)

They don't seem to have any contact information on the web site.

Vertivo was registered as a WHT member in feb 2004, as it says in his/her profile.

Well, I decided to give Vertivo a try couple days ago, that's why I can't give a full review nor a qualification.

I have sent a lot of requests (not critical) and all were attended (even on saturday and sunday).

Hope they will attend critical requests fast (when they occur).

That's all I can say at this moment.

Was the accouunt setup fast?

I signed up on a saturday and payment was processed fast. Login details arrived in minutes. Lucky me? Don't know.

In the thank-you message after signup it said:

You will receive your account information including username, password, and IP address within 24 hours of the receipt of this email if you are paying by credit card.

So 24 hours is the max time to activate an account.

Just for a little clarification, the business is actually 2-3 years old, however we were previously operating only on a local scale as a arm of a web design business, it was only since 2006 that we decided to launch out internationally. So we're not really brand new :).
