I've been having tough time finding any good information about others' experiences with Superb.net and NYI.net. We are looking to co-locate a 2U server and can't make a final decision on a co-lo hosting firm.
Can anyone help me with any information about those hosts and it would be great if someone can tell me about their experience with the co-lo plans at those companies.

Stay far far away from Superb.net

Simply horrible support. Call there support line in the middle of the night and you'll see. Also note that when you do get an actual person on the phone (not there annoying voice mail) that the person you are talking to has no physical access to your server! Their support ppl are on the west coast while their noc is on the east coast (completely empty) ... Additionally, there management/administrative staff came across quite obnoxious when we attempted to discuss even the smallest issues...

This info may be out-dated as we hosted with them 10 months ago.

I have dealt with NYI.net before, they are alright, there network isn't that good, at all, they don't hae 24/7 support. You can do better for the same price.

On the contrary, Jason, NYI has far better routes than you claim to have, feeding off of the respectable nac.net. I wonder why you would bad mouth a competitor; could it be satan????????????????????????????
