i was wondering *how many* of you have multiple sites offering either similar or different services/products via a single 2checkout account?

Can my 2CheckOut account be used to sell products from multiple Web sites?
Accounts are sold on a one per business basis. You can process from more than one website but you can only enter one set of configuration parameters (i.e. Company Name, Web Site, etc). This works fine if you have several like domains (BeanieBabies.com, BeanieBabies.net, etc) or a website and an auction site business, but not well if you have several different ventures. If you decide you need multiple accounts, discounts are available, contact sales@2checkout.com.

That's from their FAQ (http://www.2checkout.com/faqs.htm#nosite)

Hi,

Your 2checkout.com license is for 1 website. We will allow you to use it on more than one site, but be aware of the following:
We only support the main site that is registered on your account.
All orders will flow thru the registered site.
Your customers may get confused on the order page to see they are purchasing from a site different than the one they were just on.
All 2checkout.com contact will be with the registered site.

You can obtain additional licenses from us. You would sign up for a new account, pay the $49.00 enrollment fee and once you've received the new SellerID, send me an email with your current & new IDs, and I will credit back $19.00 for each additional license.

Odd, I asked them that very question on May 5th, from their contact page on their website. I haven't received an answer yet.

I clearly described the issue, the websites I would be using it for, as well as the product sold, and then asked . . . I have one registered business, but several websites that are somewhat related with different
domain names. All domain names and websites are owned and operated by myself.
In the above example, would I need three accounts?

I hate to think about how long it would take to answer if I had a problem or question conerning my money. I wouldn't use them now if they finally did answer me and offered to pay me the $49 to sign up.

I answer almost all the Sales emails (where your email would have been directed).
Obviously, had I received the email, I'd have answered it.

Thank you Tom, for the info and clarification. I will be getting in touch with 2checkout soon to order your services.

Actually, the reason why I created this thread was to find out *HOW MANY* wht members actually use multiple sites with one 2checkout account for selling different products/services!

But your clarification did help too. :)
