To get an estimated response time ask them a few presale questions. As far as uptime and speed I am not familiar with them. I don't see anything on their website describing a money back guarantee but if you contact them and request it they might be willing to provide it. It will give you a chance to test their services. :)

You can ask them for a test speed before sign-up as most host will let you have a speed test on the download speed ... Email them with your question will be the best choice :-) unless their is user here who hosted with them and would like to share with you

Uptime is pointed for me .!!!

This is all second hand but I belive wingsix has good uptime, I've never heard of any outages or anything like that from somebody I know with them. Guess a test would probably be the best way though
