Test IP: 69.9.42.210
Test File: http://www.toqen.com/testfile.zip

For COLOCATION services, our $35/mbps promo is still up and running for a limited time, hurry as it's rare to get Level3 bandwidth and quality for $35/mbps :)

We use Level3, UUNET/MCI, T-Systems as our Transit Providers and we have numerous private peerings.

For questions please feel free to ask. Our sales team would be more than happy to assist you.

P.S. : Our possible switch to another facility was up in the air a couple weeks back. I would like to clarify that we are staing with LEVEL3 andwidth and we are not switching centers. We have attained a very good speed and network with our current setup, and we WILL NOT be changing that anytime soon. So rest assured that our clients will continue to get blazing fast speeds and awesome service without that hefty price tag. We have scrapped any plans or thought of switching to XO, because in the end, it is our customers that count.

For any questions please let us know.

Francis

I would just like to post up a reply here, kind of off topic, but none the less. I have been with toqen.com since January of this year. My company is a GSP, and Francis, as well as the reset of there staff members have given me nothing but every little bit of help I need. Not to mention, the cheapest prices I can find in the NYC area, for the quality of network, uptime, speed and ping, which are very crucial to GSPs. I started out with 1 2U server there, and now I have 5 servers with them, and adding about 1-2 a month. There prices are UNBEATABLE as far as I am concerned. There support answers my emails back VERY quickly (within 10 minutes) typically. They are also available via msn, and numerous other ways. Give them a try, you definatly won't be disappointed!

well you say we will be happy with it and so i gave the testfile a try my current server is on a 1000mbps connection and i can only recieve that test file at 800kBps which is not proving to be something that id be interested in. and as for my current server during my own tests iv got it up to about 90mbps i think i just cant find a server fast enuff to serve to my max speeds.

That is on a 100mbit port not 1000mbit....even if your box is on a 1000MB port if you are downloading from a 100mbit port you would not get 1000mbit speeds....if you need 1gig ports feel free to contact us and we can arrange that for you....
