Does anybody have feedback on Raqshaq.com service/servers/uptime/support, etc?

I am debating the migration of our sites into one of their RaQ3 servers but I can't find any information about this company on the perspective of its users.

Maybe that’s good or maybe its not so if you have anything to say please be my guest.
