I have two...

Best registrar privacy. You can get the domain and privacy for under $11. That rocks. Also the fact that each WhoisGuard is transferrable between domains. No other registrar I know does that. It will save you money if you ever sell or transfer a domain. Just transfer the WhoisGuard to another domain :)

The "Make like another domain" cloning is just wonderful :) Saves gobs of time not having to fiddle around with settings. I've been asking for that at eNom for ages. I just discovered it at NameCheap. I don't see that at any other registrar either (but I haven't looked for it closely).

Maybe. But I don't care too much waiting over a minute to login (presumably whilst they check my ip address or something). I don't care too much for their cluttered control panel either. Otherwise the good points are they're secure and resonably priced. I just cannot seem to ever get my 1 .cc domain transferred out of there. Tried many times. Have successfully transferred other tld's away, tho.

Yeah... but it's not like cloning a whole domain with 1 click. It's actually a bit of a pita.

There are a number of things I like about Namecheap, the whoisguard, discount coupons, and I've never had any problems with support. Most of all the confidence that my domains are safe.

I've already done that some time ago. Perhaps the more voices that request this, it might get more attention.... hint, hint (everyone... not just you Bashar).

Yep. I only just discovered that the other day too. By default these security settings aren't turned on. You need to >Manage Profile>Security Settings> to turn them on/off. Nice to get those email notifications of changes. You can also get a notification for every time you login to your account. Neat idea to check on any unauthorised use of your account.

1) free (1st year) & transferable WHOIS Guard.
2) PayPal

Indeed that transferable whoisguard and security checks with mailing on login/change data are a valuable thing.
The control panel itself is well done.
On the other end, something not really well is that "Organization" field that you are forced to fill in.
This ruines e.g. .eu buying, anything put in an "Organization" field or so automatically has the domain showing in the whois as an Organization (so with all registrant data clearly visible) even if one wanted to signup as an Individual (only the mail is showed).
And NO, entering n/a in the "Organization" wont work ;) Signups are automated.

I can't remember if it was on NameCheap, but somewhere which required the Organization field, I managed to put a dot "." and it was accepted. That is a pet dislike. I'll agree.
