Just signed up for Socketmail Lite and got the download link and installer.zip.
When I extract the .zip it gives me a single installer.exe that opens up to an installer wizard.
However when I try to use the wizard I get the error shown in the attachment and nothing I do will resolve it. I don't have any "Package Install Folder" on my server so I don't know what is happening but I cannot get past this error to install the software.
Any Socketmail users have any ideas what I need to do?

Just a guess, but did you have to provide login details to your website?

Yes and that was done - actually the only way I could eventually get it to work was to install it on my PC and then upload the files to my server - I'm begining to wonder if I made the right choice in Socketmail!
