Do you know a place that allows you to find out which 3-letter domain names with a .net extension weren't registered yet?
Thanks!

Thanks! elkie 08-12-2006, 10:25 PM Unfortunately there hasn't been a 3 letter .net available in a long time. The only way is to purchase one already registered. auriance 08-12-2006, 10:29 PM But there are 3-letter .org domain names. I know for sure :) avythe 08-12-2006, 10:31 PM But there are 3-letter .org domain names. I know for sure I'm quite sure they're all taken. auriance 08-12-2006, 10:34 PM Nope :) 1yb.org - 1-Yotabyte Hosting I'm not interested. But anyway, a 4-letter domain is fine too. avythe 08-12-2006, 10:47 PM 1yb.org - 1-Yotabyte Hosting That would be a NLL.org, not three letters. What you're talking about is three characters. hostingspeeds 08-12-2006, 11:27 PM 3-characters are still free. 3-letters aint, and the 4-letters are running out. I have xlx.org vak.net fpd.net Feel free to make an offer as soon as you find they're all registered. BurakUeda 08-13-2006, 11:31 PM For three letter .com and .net, checkout snapnames.com But prepare to pay mid-high 5 figure $$. For org and others, you can buy them at any reputable domain name auction site. Here is what I got if youre interested in: p2n.com xyi.biz b8z.com stub 08-14-2006, 12:04 AM Do you know a place that allows you to find out which 3-letter domain names with a .net extension weren't registered yet? The OP was asking about LLL.nets. There are no LLL.nets unregistered. You have to search the aftermarket, Sedo and Afternic, and the domain auction houses, SnapNames/NameWinner/ClubDrop/TDNAM, or possibly look on the domain name forum sites, DNForum/NamePros. For valuations you can checkout http://www.3character.com/priceguide.html BurakUeda 08-14-2006, 01:15 AM The OP was asking about LLL.nets. There are no LLL.nets unregistered. I sold a LNL.com a couple of weeks ago for $800. stub 08-14-2006, 01:53 AM These are quotes from their website The quality of the letter composition can play a significant role in determining 3-letter valuations. Premium letter only domains tend to fetch a 500% to 600% premium (or more) over the Minimum Wholesale Price. I think you take them too literally. In the tricky business of valuations, value is in the eye of the beholder. They are quoting only the Minimum Wholesale Price, ie for domains with QXYZ in them. Premium letters go for more. You can always sell for more to the end user, and you will always find exceptions. It is only a guide, after all. todalen 08-14-2006, 02:26 PM 3character.com seems a bit out of range. I hope you are just kidding because you if you did you left $xxxx if not $xx,xxx on the table. And thats no joke!
