I just want to let people know that Josh is a good guy. I have been a customer of StrikeSol (the co. he took over) since December '05 and Josh has always been right there to answer any questions or to take care of any issues I had. Since Doug has basically left everyone hanging and didnt even have the courtesy to tell anyone he was closing up shop, Josh has been working hard to make sure that the existing client base wouldnt get screwed. He was in constant communication with me the past 2 days and was very upfront with keeping me informed about the situation. I have been very pleased with the network, hardware and the support Josh has given me, and I would recommend him to anyone. I wish I could say the same for Doug.

I didn't know about this until last night upon reading the fourth email Josh sent me. I knew I should've checked my email everyday.

I have been a customer of StrikeSol since July 05, but have been in contact with Josh since Feb 05. Josh has always been upfront, friendly, and fast to respond to issues. I am glad that he quickly took over the business and had everything under control with little disruptions to clients. Otherwise you'll see WHT get flooded with horrible stories from StrikeSol right around now when the DC and carrier threaten to cut everything.

For all of these time I've been with StrikeSol, Josh's the only one I've seen constantly online and solving issues. At one time, I chat with Josh almost every day for almost a month on AIM. I definitely recommend him.
