I know that there is a chance that you can get your Paypal Account Banned / Disabled if you file a chargeback...

Now, What I dont understand is how 12months ago, I had a rough time with a datacenter.. I sold the server, sent them the money, and they ran with it.. so my <then> clients filed a claim and Won.. (Just a FYI; I have paid them all back now)

I ordered a server, Sent $185 via paypal balance and $300.00 via CC... I filed a claim and it got denied.. If I file a chargeback to get atleast my $300.00 back.. How likely am I to get my PayPal account Banned for good??

-- I just got off the phone with Tamara and she didnt help for sh*t.. All she said was contact your local authorities... Which it has to be ATLEAST $1000.00 crime before they even step in.. and if he lives in somewhere like NewYork, it has to be atleast $2,500 (I think) before they even step in.. So Im basically Screwed out of $500.00 :(

I'm just curious, where does it say you could be disabled / banned if you file a chargeback?

I just did a quick look over their help center on chargebacks and couldn't find this anywhere.

I thought I read about it somewhere.. But anyways.. I got in touch with my providers' provider and I got it settled :D

Hes getting my Server setup now (Actually, Already has it set up -- just installing OpenVZ and 64IPs).. and He chewed the person I originally bought from out :D :D
