Can anyone help me i am look for some helpdesk software that can do the following

1. email filters so when an email is sent in it logs the call etc
2. email updates to clients
3. easy to install and look after
4. freeware, asp or php

They removed the 1.0 code base from their website, and 2.0 has been in beta since late last year, IIRC.

But I don't think Cerberus Helpdesk is easy to install as it need a few step to install everything ... but this is a good helpdesk panel :peace:
