Some of the posts in the lounge at a bit annoying.. For example just starting a thread and posting just a link with no comment or anything.. Heck if I really want to boost my post count I could start posting links to every funny video I saw, every song I like, every tiny little new article I find that may be interesting etc.

Haha I know exactly who you are talking about. It gets tiring to see all these new and oh so pointless threads popping up. But, really, what can the mods do about it other than turn the lounge into either
A) Heavily moderated section
B) Posts there don't increase your Post Count (not a bad idea)

I find it interesting how some people who have 90%+ of their posts in the lounge manage to have the title "WebHosting Master".

I think there should be a "look at this funny crap" lounge subforum.
