I've seen it in action but I'm looking for a kayako theme for modernbill for the clients. I know zipservers.com uses it and I've seen it in other places but it is basically the kayako kind of theme but it is showing invoices and such for modernbill

No, I would not recommend SoftAir to anyone. I waited 5 days for a script that was done prior to purchase. JC feed me nothing but lies about the time frame on the project, came up with excuses, and the script was bogus. It was not even a true PHP script, but a hardcoded table into the Kayako template...a total joke.

I'm sorry your experience wasn't a good one. I haven't heard many bad experiences with Softair.
