I have a domain registered with a reseller of onlinenic, The domain still has me as the administrative contact with my email address/name/address. I wanted to transfer the domain away from them but it has been impossible. The domain has the status of 'Registrar-Lock".

Onlinenic has been of no help according to them they cannot do anything unless permitter by their resellers.

Now i want to know where should i go what door should i knock?

Not to ask the obvious, but have you tried contacting the reseller you are using?
