Hey, I'm a bit confused about all this payment processing etc and why some places simply can't do it or whatever.

Anyway, at the moment I've just got forms which send an email to me and I configure the accounts manually.

I want to use Helm's billing service and have people automatically sign up as soon as they've put their details through the processor.

I'd like a solution where recurr billing is either automated and/or done manually as well by the client.

So how do I go about doing this?

Edit: I'd prefer the processor to be on a percentage basis with no yearly/monthly fees. If using Helm's billing service isn't the best, can you please provide another combination? I don't mind if I have to purchase another license for the billing.

Helm will do all the recurring billing for you as long as you're using a compatiblem payment gateway. Which are you using?

I'm using 2CheckOut. However, the recurring option isn't available with 2CO.

It has been a long time since I have used Helm, but you should be able to set it up to automatically email the clients a bill every month. They can then log into their Helm account and pay the bill. You should be able to log into the admin side of Helm and see which payments are late.
