How would I go about creating a Acceptable Useage Policy and Privacy Policy? Is there some sort of outline or anything...or does it have to be made from scratch??? Thanks in advanced.

You can check on about.com, they usually have specialized sections for Web Designers/Hosters, and they link to sites that provide AUP's as you inquired about.

I can't seem to find anything there.

Anyone willing to let me use their's as a guideline? :)

My site has a privacy policy that was generated from a site. I filled in a form, and it gave me a privacy policy based on my input, I did however had to specify a few things. Here (http://2thextreme.org/modules.php?name=Content&pa=showpage&pid=3) is what mine looks like...

When I can remember the site, I'll post it here as it has been about a year since I used the site again.

If you dont have yor own datacenter, than you have to get/colocate your servers somewhere, so your AUP should be almost the same as the one from your provider, drop them a mail and I think that they would allow you to use it :)
