We will customize it to include your logo and basic information / replace with another royalty free photo or add your own photo in if you like.

Looks like you were right demonet.

I have had an offer for $60 dollars on sample.jpg and $70 on sample2.jpg. Any other offers?

The first $100 offer I get on either will get that design, final.

OK sample.jpg has sold. Sorry to all those who offered and didn't get it.

sample2.jpg is still available - it is a complete site template (about 15 pages I believe) for $100.

I'll work on some more if anyones interested in my work.
