lol...
Tbh, I didn't see your thread amd_duron, and actually I have been offering these servers for a couple weeks now, I just haven't started advertising until today.
However, your idea is great, drop me a line, maybe we can discuss business ideas and such! :)

Where are these servers located/what datacenter are they in? They look kinda like KingComp/FDCservers pricing at least on the 1000Mhz Celerons. Just me being curious. ;)

We negotiate deals with multiple datacenters for leasing/renting and colocating servers.

We have our own technicians and support staff to handle all of your needs.

Feel free to contact me with any other questions.

"Our company has several 100Mbit full-duplex fiber connections directly to OC-48 (2.4Gbps)." Saying that could be a bit dodgy.

They are all FDCserver plans with a markup, but if they are offering support then good luck to them. Hope all goes well - if you have enough CPanel liscs. why not apply for NOC Status so you can offer lower CPanel pricing?

You may want to check out fdcservers.net, I think he is reselling fdcservers' servers offerings as part of his offers.

Yes, Eric, fdcservers is one of our providers.
We offer our own in house support, and we are not marking up prices above fdcserver's prices, we are actually charging you less than they do in most cases, if not the same amount. Fdcservers is a very good provider, however they do not offer a variety of support. Our clients enjoy the benefits of having somebody reachable via email, ICQ, AIM, MSN, YIM, and when we have completed redesigning our website there will be forums and live customer service there. There is also a phone number available for clients in case of emergency.

We are developing our own ad-ons to our services that will greatly benefit our clients in the future, such things include the creation of a nice alternative to CPanel based on webcp that we are developing. We will be offering this Panel for our clients, either included with their servers or for a very small added monthly fee ($20 range).

The Prohacker:
Yes, you will receive a 100Mbit port. This is not a dedicated line, this is a 100Mbit port on our backbone (fdcserver's datacenter) You will not _always_ be able to push 100Mbits, but should you need it the connection is there. We also offer guaranteed feeds for a higher price.

To all who have posted in this thread:
I asked for you to contact me directly with your questions, I would appreciate that, I find it easier to directly answer the questions than to have you make claims that I cannot offer the service I am advertising. Everything we offer is genuine, and if you would like more details about it, please contact me. The hosting special offers forum is not exactly the place to debate our ability to offer these services when you are running off mere speculation. Thank you very much for reading my thread, and thank you to those who have contacted me with their questions.

Have a good weekend everyone!

Nothing wrong with reselling dedicated server. And in fact, if you compare with fdcserver, you see that he brings you a better pricing.

The only concern is that they may not have on site staff in fdcserver's data center. But if they can make up for it by the additional support, then this is a fine offer.

Thank you Peter.

I am glad that some people see the true value in this, as it is quite a deal. Not only do we provide lower prices, but we provide more service, so I really don't see any down side to this.

Not really better prices for the low end dedicated (they're 10 USD more than @ fdcservers)... However the support is a good idea! (and worth the markup).

(btw, I can't check the prices on fdcservers.net right now (it's unreachable), but I'm 90% sure they're marked up by $10 dollars, not sure about the setup though).

I am comparing the two lowest end server from both parties. Seems like FDC is $5 higher.

But really, I think support is a more important question than saving $5 per month. Afterall, you are in the market for a dedicated server, not some cheap virtual hosting account where every cents count.

Hello:

Yes, we try to keep all of the prices a little bit below fdcserver's advertised prices, and we can usually reduce setup costs. The main thing that we provide that Peter has pointed out is the extended support. We can't offer that for free, but I think we have done a very good job of keeping the costs low.

We also have deals with other datacenters for people that need up to multi-homed BGP4 connectivity.

Thanks for the support people! :) I enjoy the questions!
