Looking for a hosted support solution.

Needs to allow people to contact departments without registering. It is not actually for hosting support just our main site gets a lot of mail/people contacting each day.

I did go to kayako to signup but their hosted servers are full according to the message I got. Since we actually own Kayako license and have used up till now I figured to go with hosted.

To explain, our servers were hacked badly the other day via an exploit in Kayako eSupport that has not been officially patched, according to our admin anyway. So need another solution quickly.

Anyone else offer hosted helpdesk/support solutions that do not require users to register to submit a message? I would prefer hosted just to avoid any further issues and means we can still handle mail if main site is offline.
