I'm am an unlucky soul..My host is the worst the ever was...their tech support is nothing more than a dusty room.
I have tried to sent them countless emails and I have submitted countless support tickets, but they just won’t reply me...
Since I can't establish contact with them, I can’t transfer my domain to myself either, since they have put a lock on it.
I have spoken with some tech support from godaddy and they've told me that they can’t forcefully take my domain, but assures me that it is the registrars obligation to allow full access to the domains registered through them.
I have further been advised to directly contact ICANN for resolution.
Well I don't really know how to take contact with ICANN.
I have given my host a 24 hours time frame to respond.
Any ideas on what else to do?
