Are these the prices for server + bandwidth, or just the price of bandwidth alone?

Say i wanted 10Mbits, but burstable then how would this work? Is it possible?

This includes the server and bandwidth.

10 Mbits burstable to 100 Mbits is fine, and is billed on 95th percentile with £5 per mbit overages.
