Hello, I have just switch to HSphere recently. But it's too confusing for me...
I have add a SubDomain, and it doesn't seem to work.
You can try it here:
http://forums.vnoczone.com
It display the content of http://www.vnoczone.com instead of its content.
But if I try to access this:
http://www.forums.vnoczone.com
Everything go well???
I'm too confusing... anyone help?

forums.vnoczone.com points to 205.252.89.145
www.forums.vnoczone.com points to 205.252.89.145
Both www and forums point to the Hsphere control panel
Give some time for vnoczone.com to propagate

They both go to the same page for me ..
Try clearing your browser cache and/or restarting your computer.

Can you tell me what page? Is it login page of HSphere?

Arrrrgggg... I must be crazy... I've just creat new subdomain... but it doesn't work... can you please go to http://ads.vnoczone.com and http://www.ads.vnoczone.com then tell me are they different?
I think ads.vnoczone.com point directly to www.vnoczone.com
You can compare the content of htem... Please test and help...

both of the sub domain links you list go to a sign in page. The other url goes to your what i guess is your home page.
What is the problem?

OK real simple, the www.forums.vnoczone.com is a third level domain which can have it's own routing while forums.vnoczone.com is a subdomain.
most likely you made a minor mistake in your directory or your setup.
I've done it before myself.
but that IP problem, that one is new to me, but I have clients that have taken third level domains and provided IP's just for those.
