MoneyBookers can sometimes lead to problems, for example:
My TD Visa (Canada) was actually deactivated because I tried to pay a designer using MoneyBookers. They also had problems with PayPal and could only accept payment via MoneyBookers.
TD Visa Security said they classify MoneyBookers as an "illegal gambling site with a lot of fraudulent use" ... and deactivated my card as a precaution. My RBC Visa worked fine however. :)

No idea. Basically you need to find an exchange that will convert an online currency you can use, into paypal and maybe other e-currencies.

Yes, I don't know if it's public or not... however it will be called "GBuy".

You could get a US mail box for an address and a US based bank account. Not sure if that's legal though :-/
