They also had problems with PayPal and could only accept payment via MoneyBookers. TD Visa Security said they classify MoneyBookers as an "illegal gambling site with a lot of fraudulent use" ... and deactivated my card as a precaution. Basically you need to find an exchange that will convert an online currency you can use, into paypal and maybe other e-currencies.
