Ive never had a dedicated server before, only reseller plans. So if someone could explain atleast a bit of it, or if it is a good dedicated server plan. Thank's a lot.

That is a VPS, not a dedicated server. Otherwise, to my knowledge, it woulnd't have the Powered by Xen and Minimum Gurnateed RAM specifications.

I had site with them for only 20 days their network was great no doubt about that, their support is screwy, they dont know most of the time what the user has asked them to do, and ensim is not the best of the control panels out there.
I am not sure what VHCS Control Panel is .

I've never heard of the VHCS control panel either. Let us know how that turns out.

He means it won't be a dedicated server. While you have your own dedicated and guaranteed resources, you're still sharing the box in the end.
