Hi im looking for some software that can be used to manage projects and tasks
and the ability to manage support tickets integrated together,
so support tickets can be linked with a project for a customer
and billable time can be assigned etc.

currently for project tracking we use:
dotproject (dot) net


we would like something like that.
and for it to include something like the support suite on:
kayako (dot) com

the project management is more inportant,
but a nice system that is very similar to dotproject with a basic email support ticket system bolted on.

Hopefully someone out thats has something!
btw im not looking for something free (unless something exists)
even if it costs $5000 if it has the features we need its worth the money.

For that money it definately is possible.

to be honist, custom would take too long, we are looking for something thats packaged and ready to run now.

If so it doesnt offer near enough functionality for what were after.
