Any host looking for a nice trouble ticket script?

I was just wondering if hosts still like using some kind of trouble ticket system widely because I've started to code a trouble ticket script in PHP backed by MySQL...

I originally just planned to use it privately but then I started to think of many features that could make it admin/customer friendly, fast, and simple to use.

so I've decided to try to make a full fledged trouble ticket script.

im just trying to see if hosts would like a program keeping track of trouble tickets instead of having their email boxes full of questions.

just wondering, :)

Sounds like a good idea. I have only seen one other mySQL/PHP ticket system. Maybe I just didn't look hard enough. I wish you luck! :)

Vincent is installing Request Tracker for me....it's a trouble ticket system but works through email. So clients email support and receive a response with a number etc...

I don't know of too many ticketing systems other than Wonderdesk, which I find is pretty good. I'd love to see it when it's done.

I have actually begun coding a support ticket system in php with a MySQL backend. I should have it ready for beta testing in a month, and ready for the real world in two months. Maybe sooner if I can learn to type code while sleeping.
