There is a particular domain I would like to buy that is already taken, however when I look up this domain at whois.sc, it says it is expiring in November 06 but shows no registrant or other info, and only says the following:

What does this mean exactly? Does it mean it is about to expire anytime? Thanks for your advice and help on this matter.

Do a whois lookup and send an email to the registrant to buy the domain offering to pay for the Redemption Fee and a suitable amount on top as an incentive. Who is the registrar?

domains can enter RGP even if their expire date is at future, because registrars can delete domains for any reason

check it from freewho.com/checker/ and you'll know almost the exact drop date for it if the owner does not recover/renew it during RGP
