I hate to post this here but my server at site5 is down and they are not responding to my support requests. They have taken their pageadmin system offline for 3 days. They scheduled network maintenance between 1-5 but it is now 7:00 and my server is not reachable. Every other site I have tested that I know is on site5 servers is reachable including their main site. I have submitted a support ticket but so far no response, not even a tracking number. Is anyone else's server not accessible? Does anyone have another way of reaching them besides their ticketing system?

I don't know if this will work, but you can try calling 973-590-5050 which is NAC's emergency line... they may be able to tell you something.

The site I have on a shared server at Site5 is up and running. I see the route has changed a little - the router that identified an interface as pwebtech is now not in the route (checked from multiple locations around N.A.)
Is your server up yet? I see a number of the servers were restarted ~ 28 minutes ago.

My server was rebooted at about 8:00 this morning. The route has changed for some of the IPs on the server, some of the IPs are not accessible at all, and some of the IPs still have the old route.

Wow, this is upsetting.
My server was down from late last night to today, about 10 minutes ago. It is noon.
The reason: during boot it frooze. The network datacenter tech fixed it in 5 minutes! The site5 guys did nto even reply to my support tickets, I sent 6 total and one admin pager which also was not replied to!
I just emailed them a letter demanding an explanation.

Yes, my dedicated servers is down and has been since at least 9AM this morning when I noticed it. I have sent messages to their support email, to Todd, to Matt, to Vince every freakin' email I know of and NO response.
Without receiving ticket number from emailing "dedicated@site5.com", I used the Emergency Page function twice where my "alternative" email address was defined so they could respond since the server is complete inaccessible.... and NO response.
I was told my server had to be renumbered and I was given the new number scheme. I inquired about needing to do anything from a name server perspective and I was told that I would need to have my name servers changed to the new IP BUT to wait until after the renumbering process was completed.
I was also told that my server would need to be rebooted but it shouldn't be offline for more than 15 minutes and I or my clients will not notice any outages because of this process. Well, they are!
This bad and I get more pissed off with each passing minute, in addition, to when clients are calling periodically to check the status... FORTUNATELY, we do not disable highly important communication channels from our clients and we do have a contact number that clients can use if they deem it necessary.
Nevertheless, it is ironic how their server is "untouched"
 Highly Disgruntled

Call the Noc: 973-590-5050 and tell them your server name, they will take care of it for you.

Tried It... Told them my server name... I wasn't on the authorization list and they couldn't do anything until the received permission from Site5.
How is that for taking care of it for me?
