Hm ... everybody is normalizing web hosting prices against Rackshack nowadays ;)
But one must remember, support is/has always been everything. No wonder those Fortune500 companies will put their money with IBM/Verio/etc that charges so much more than RS ever does. :)

For a dual scsi machine sitting on pure tier1 bandwidth that is a very competitive price. Then again the more experienced users/hosts/clients already know this and Im sure thats Carlos' target audience.

your absolutely right .. I used to be upset when peopel said stuff like that .. but not anymore, the client base we target knows what they get
just FYI .. this is one of these http://networkengines.com/products-servers-ae3000.htm .. I can't begin to tell you how impressed I am with them :)

Who are the bandwidth providers for these servers? Where are the servers be located?

Bandwidth providers are Genuity and ATT, servers would be located in our facility in Lakeland, FL
