This may be better suited for the tech/security issues forum, not sure. We have been trying to find the option for closing open tickets other then user closing the requests. We have not found the options in the control panels (staff or admin). I know it is possible, but as I said we can't seem to locate it. :confused: :bawling:

click on the "respond" to a ticket button. In the "status" drop down menu, select "Closed (Resolved)". Press "submit", and your done.
